This is just an update to let you know that we have started planting some vegetables for later Spring.

We just wanted to let everyone know how much we have enjoyed the last few months with everyone coming in to get produce.

Due to the extreme heat the product has gone down and we are not producing right now—- we will be closed for the month of AUGUST only. We have already started planting the fall crop and it should be ready for us to open back up around September 10th.

The Peas are in and they are ready! We have White Acres, Cream 8, and Zippers. They can be either shelled or unshelled. Whichever way you would like! Give us a call or e-mail us!

We want to thank everyone who has stopped by to see us and mentioned that they read this blog. It has been a great two weeks and we have enjoyed meeting those of you who have vistited the farm.

To celebrate Father’s Day this weekend we have decided to have a special sale. All produce is marked down this week through Saturday so that you can stock up and have fresh vegetables for the weekend. You can email us for a price list or give us a call.

The Squash is ready. We have Crook Necks, Straight Necks and Zuchinni. Squash this week is $1.25 per pound.

Don’t forget we also have Basil, Mint and Chives available.

I am just sitting in my office this afternoon working on the computer and listening to the hum of the irrigation motor as the produce is watered this afternoon (thank goodness for drip irrigation). Dylan ventured out with the camera earlier today and found some squash on the way. Once it reaches this point it won’t be long until we have squash to beat the band.
